With more than 15 years of international experience in the high-end hotel business and gastronomy, Jan worked for several years abroad, among others. in the UK, the Netherlands, China and South Africa. During this time, he developed from management trainee to Director of Food & Beverage. Following this, he led his way into concept development and license catering, where Jan worked for several years as a catering consultant and expansion manager, before he became self-employed as a developer of authentic gastronomy concepts.
Jan Smeets holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in hotel management. He specializes in his hands-on consulting and F & B concept and likes to pass on his knowledge in small workshop rounds.
